Not Tachina fera - Gonia sp. - from the very wide frons  But I'm not sure how many species you have down in Romania so I;m not confident to give a species-level ID. |

I'm with Nikita, Gonia vacua. Not uncommon on the Balkan. Narrow black abdominal vitta and springtime are characteristic. Theo |
