This specimen was collected in Melbourne, Australia in July this year. I really want to know it's name.

I think we need a view of the whole insect and it would help a lot of it was mounted properly & dried Wink

Interesting wing-venation but the liquid is still obscuring important features ... we can't see the gaster properly. A dried, mounted specimen photographed from the side would give the experts something to work with.
