Hi everyone, I'm new here, but i'm kind interested in diptera, so you will hear some more from me. It's the first year I ame watching diptera, so I might ask some stupid things sometimes. This one, was the only one I couldn find in my determination tabel. Although it looks quite unique... Here's a pic;  was photographed in Belgium, near Ostend... (close to the sea.)
