Hello! This small fly (6-7 mm) visited sugary fruit mush in our garden today (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Does it belong to genus Coenosia (Muscidae)? Thanks in advance! Juergen, I think it is female of Lispe (Coenosinae). You can see that palpi are spoon-like unlarged. Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
