based on the shape of the genitalia (or whatever is visible of them) I would say Scathophagidae is correct.

It is not Scathophagidae! Lower calypter is large! it is muscidae or Anthomyiidae. |

Coenosia (Muscidae). It's a large genus with few really characteristic species, so species id from the photo is unlikely. Have fun with the keys
