2 tachinids?

are these two flies tachinids, and are they the same? Same size and location, but they seem to differ in hue. The first I collected but the second one escaped.

The first one looks interesting.
It has bare eyes (or is this me again ?) and erect scutellar bristles. Given the relative narrow frons and the erect hairs on tergites, Lydella stabulans comes to mind (?)

Is easy to check on the collected male: it should have pretty obvious weird circles of short stubby hairs on the ventral side of tergite 4 (so turn it upside down).

Second could indeed be the female L. stabulans
