Small (1.6 mm). On leaves in sunlight in the dry season (Fe - Northern outskirts of Bangkok. The image shows three views of the same individual. I will only have to ask this once - what would you like me to do with a post like this - I have renamed it as "Not Diptera but Scelionidae (Hymenoptera)" but since it is not a fly would you like me to delete the post altogether or should it be left as general interest?
