Hello,
ID of this wasp is needed. About 10-15mm body length; interesting is the process on abdominal sternit; maybe useful for its ID. Muhabbet

Wing veins suggest Crabronidae or a bee so I googled crabronidae ventral hook. Bembecinus species near peregrinus have such armament.
