I'm thinking a Sphecodes species, someone else thinks it more likely of the genus Epeolus. Maybe you cant say for sure without more detail but educated guess welcome.

I had found a very similar bee last year in my garden before I took some photo from it. It is either the same or belongs to a closely related genus. Someone identified it to as Lasioglossum calceatum but it was not sure.
