A Ulidiidae, possibly Ulidiopsis mirabilis Hennig. Muhabbet, may we ask you for a good wing view and mesonotum (dorsal), with abdomen also visible? view

Nope. Elena has examined all the pictures with me and came at the conclusion that it is another undescribed new Otites, the genus extremely diverse in the Balkan Peninsula and Asia Minor. As she is revising the genus, the best solution is to describe it in a small pepr prior to the revision, either joint (if you do not mind) or... Any options are to be considered.

Do you have more specimens of this?
