Hi,

I took this picture few days ago in Comblain (BE).
The animal was no more then 5 mm long.

Possibly Limoniidae, but I cannot rule out Trichoceridae. Maybe someone else can?

From what I can make out of the wing venation this should be Trichocera.

I totally agree with Paul. The wing venation indicates that this is a Trichocera species.
