We cannot decided that it is a darker colour variety of a very common Palomena prasina or other species? Palomena prasina has whitish and darker strips on its antennae but I cannot see these strips on this bug.

It's for sure a Palomena, but I can't say whether prasina or the more rare viridissima. The Palomenas here (Germany) don't have very distinct markings on the antennae, but I don't know, whether there are additional species or other colour forms in Hungary.
