Hello,

This couple I saw three weeks ago near the Dutch-German border in a moor. Size about 4 mm per piece.
The male seems to have everything in XXL : Palpi, front legs, third antennal segment and arista.

Might well be a species of Phora.

Not Phora. Perhaps Triphleba?

Giving them Phorids a name seems to be as difficult as making a picture of them.
Thanks anyway,

Ben
