hello flyforum, I have got no idea about this flying object.. Some of these were walking on the rail of the bridge in the Forest(amsterdam) I found the pattern of moving typical; first, quick walking, second, turning vertical with the face down and the wings in the air. At that time I thought of some Tipulidae sp., but looking at my picture it does not look at all. I couln't make any better picture, because of there quick movements..
