There is only one Stomoxys in Europe (so far) and it is S. calcitrans.

Hi,
Yes this is a Stomoxys calcitrans. But I am not sure it is a female. The frontal index (space between eyes on total length of an eye) on your specimen could be a male's one. For a female the frontal index is between 0.5 and 0.6, for a male around 0.3-0.4 (Zumpt, 1973).
