Hi Team Tachinid - would one of you like to confirm that this is the well known and easy peasy (after Theo's masterclass on the forum last year) Eriothrix rufomaculata ? I hope I was paying attention (and I ran it through the key to check) 9mm, from 22 July 2006, east London cemetery park. Antennae set close together, strong crossed vibrissae, red sides to abdomen, hairs on abdomen prone, dorsal bristles on the abdomen about as long as their tergites, R5 petiolate and top cell closed.
