It's not clearly visible from the photographs whether the cell D is closed or open, yet now I think it's a female (sic) of Ellipteroides (Protogonomyia) limbatus (scape very long, cerci reduced, very short). You can check Stary & Rozkosny, 1970b at the CCW site if you got a specimen.
