It is one of the Anisopodidae, but it may be a freshly emerged specimen. The markings on the wing are not very well visible. but that may be because there are not many. In that case, it is either Sylvicala (Anisopoda) fuscatus, S. (A.) fuscatoides or S. (A.) stackelbergi, otherwise is is S. (A.) punctatus.
