I thought about Tachinidae, because I couldn't figure out what Muscid it could be with that M vein, but the postscutellum doesn't seem very developed.

It's a tachinid alright and my gut feeling (let's follow it this time) tells me Macquartia grisea. Macquartia grisea is nearly always taken for a Muscidae at first glance, even by me. Theo Zeegers |
