Cecidomyidae, On the top photo you'll see a Y-shaped chitinized-plate on the left side, this the characteristic reduced head-capsule of this family. By the way, top photo is the ventral side |

Hi, Thanks a lot. For the criterion. And for the correction about mixing ventral and dorsal views  May I add that you forgot an 'i' in Cecidomyiidae.
