Asilidae_Tolmerus atricapillus(female) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 26.08.2011.

Yes Tolmerus cf atricapillus but could be be T. cingulatus . Females are hard to distinguish from one another.
