Panorpidae_Panorpa alpina(male) is correct? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 600 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 23.05.2011.

Fero yes. It should be a Panorpa alpina Rambur 1842 (= Aulops alpina)male.
