Hello!

Does this 4 mm fly belong to that family? Picture taken yesterday night at light (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Thanks in advance!

tribe Heleomyzini in the sensu Gorodkov.
not Heleomyza and not Neoleria species (Anterior orbitals shorter than Posterior one). Maybe Eccoptomera Loew (if arista longer than head and hind femur swollen - often in some male specimens of some species !).
