It certainly looks like it, but I don't know if there are any other related species in Sweden.

According to Ed Nieuwenhuys site there are only one species of this genus in Europe, and in Artportalen there are only Drapetisca socialis present. I don't know if there are any other closely related species of other genus that could complicate things.
