Hello! I guess this is Opomyza florum, right? Also from our garden yesterday (Ostwestfalen/Germany). Length about 3-4 mm.

It seems rather grey to me, but should be O. florum, too (?). This species is by far the most abundant Opomyzid I'm observing here. Hi J?rgen, You are right again!  There is some variation in the coloration of this species. Some are more greyish. I have to admit that in the habitats I visit, Opomyza germinationis and Opomyza petrei are much more abundant. Jan Willem |
