Interesting one J.M. I believe it is Andrenosoma sarcophagum (though I can't be positive without a closer view of the genitalia).

A widespread species in the neotropics, A. sarcophagum is quite variable in coloration. In some regions, this fly looks remarkably like a Sarcophaga -- i.e., it is a 'fly mimic': closely resembling a fast-flying calyptrate fly to avoid predation by birds (Hespenheide 1973).
