It is not communis, of course. But very similar is also Panorpa meridionalis, one of the commonest species in Iberian Peninsula. I have sent the link to one French specialist for the ID.

So, my doubts were confirmed by another expert.
You can name your animal Panorpa cf. meridionalis. Exact ID of female from a single picture is almost impossible.
