What kind of Psocoptera this flies. Slovak Republic, Malá Fatra-Terchová, approximately 700 m above sea level. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards! Fote date: 09.07.2011.

Not Psocoptera, but Planthoppers (Delphacidae).
Possible Javesella.

definitely Javesella, probably J. pellucida. A macropterous female.
