I've have identified this hymenopter as Pimpla sp. perheaps Pimpla rufipes (= hypocondriaca, = instigator) : length 14 mm, antenna 12 mm, terebra 4 mm, all black and legs red

Looks like Pimpla to me too though I have a bad track record in Pimplinae recently. I'll try to compare with reliably specimens later today Robert
