Small Norwegian Syrphid??

Photographed South east Norway, July 11th.
I have a feeling this is a small Syrphid but I'm unable to find it in Nationalnyckeln.
Then maybe this fly belongs to a completely different family?
Small, maybe a little bigger than Pipiza.

Yes it is a nice species! I have it but so far haven't seen one this year. I'm hoping it will visit the Achillea millefolium I have in my garden and attracted other Tachinids as well, and syrphids last year. So far no sign of them! The male is very similar but has dark wings so if you see one you should recognise it.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
