Yes, it is Mallota. Probably M. dusmeti. Are the eyes bare? Your catch? |

Yes, it was caught by myself. I was with Andrade. But he was collecting other flies on trees. I went to Umbelliferae where this Mallota was found. I have the couple. I will check the specimen later and telling here if the eyes are bare/hairy. |

Checked right now the eyes. They are totally bare. |
