Looks like it, but it's not. Legs are all black. It's either Nowickia or Peleteria. The big head suggests Peleteria rubescens, but this is a guess. We would need to see a side-view Theo Zeegers |

I'd certainly favour Peleteria not Nowickia... it looks too small and thin for Nowickia ... I always think Nowickia looks like a really big, fat fly. I am at a disadvantage though because Peleteria are so rare in UK |
