Aprophora alni (?) Hungary

Here is a tiny nice cicada. It was quite small just only a few mm long. Whether it is Aprophora or not, it has fairly similar wingpattern to Aprophora alni.

Hi. It is of course Aphrophoridae. But if you say it is very small it could be Philaenus or Neophilaenus. Specimens of these two genus are smaller than Aphrophora ones, but very variable in general appearance. Sergey Golubev |
