I have a PDF of it, but not an official one from the publisher, but just a simple scan of my own book. It is 14 mB, and I will send this to you using Leapfile, if that's ok? I'm not sure if I can upload this version to diptera.info for I may get in trouble with the publisher and perhaps Theo
