Tiny flies on tree trunks

Hello! Two other very tiny (2-3 mm) flies from our nightly garden (yesterday, Ostwestfalen/Germany). Sorry about the poor photo quality! I think the one on the left belongs to the Dolichopodidae, the middle and right one to the Hybotidae (Tachydromia?), right?
