Hi Frank. I think it is Pherbellia, wings colour and black foretarsuses look like that of Ph. albocostata. If fly is collected, Pherbellia albocoststa has short hairs on hind part of mesopleuron. Nikita Nikita Vikhrev - Zool Museum of Moscow University |
