Interesting! The ovipositor seem to make it Eutolmus sp. Maybe Dystolmus kiesenwetteri?

Which source did you used for determinating. I couldn't find any infos/photos about Dystolmus kiesenwetteri and other eutolmus species of (north)-italy :-(.

NB! I am not sure.... But the ovipositor is typically Eutolmus....I used key by E.O. Engel 1930, there are not many Eutolmus species with red tibia. Maybe there is another genus with a similar ovipositor.
