Hello, this should be a small member of Conopidae, found in a dry forest. Whould be glad to hear a name suggestion. Looks like a Myopa species - may be able to take it further later.

Crossvein r-m is milky white, though difficult to see. So it should be Myopa buccata. Theo Zeegers |
