 Eulophidae under Polietes lardarius

And to be more specific: it's looks like a chalcidoid from the family Eulophidae! And it must be a coincidence with the fly, these wasps are parasites of small larvae and pupae. Greetings, Greetings, Gerard Pennards |

And the Sarcophaga is actually a muscid - Polietes lardarius male (the hairy eyes are a big clue - I don't think any Sarcophagidae have hairy eyes, and also there's no bend in vein M)
