Hello,

Taken on 26th June 2010, my garden near Lincoln UK.

I had what I thought to be a male earlier, but put in the diptera adults forum.

D. linearis has yellow front and middle femurs with no dark stripe. This is hyalipennis / baumhaueri again.

Thanks Steve, the striping on the legs did have me wondering but these seem to be so variable! awkward
