It is a Chironomidae, Tanypodinae, Pentaneurini. To know more about the genus it is wise to study the anal claws i.e. do one ore more of the the anal claws have an accesory tooth/teeth at the inner edge, one claw in each pair with on extra long innertooth, two claws with an extra innertooth or a comb of teeth in about 3 claws and offcourse no extra innertooth. The larva has long anal papillae, so Guttipelopia is out of the question. The second antennel segment is light brown, which is diagnostic for a few genera.

Monopelopia tenuicalcar
Diagnostic for this Tanypodinae species are the anal claws . For each posterior parapod with the claws, there is 1 (-2) brownish claw(s) with 1-2 strong inner tooth.
