This pair may be difficult to determine as they are covered in pollen. Photo taken on 18 July 2010 in Palava Nature Reserve in Southern Moravia (Czech Republic). The fly was quite abundant.

I think it is impossible to say whether villosa or calva. They are completely covered by pollen, neither can I see the head of the females well enough. Both species should occur in your country

I'd say no post-ocular spots and thus calva, but a view with discernable mouthparts would be most useful.
