Campsicnemus scambus?

I keyed this UK Campsicnemus as a male C scambus, but it looks very diferent from the photo of C scambus in the Diptera.info gallery. This is the middle tibia. My photo does not show the peculiar bent apical part of the tibia very well - it almost looks like it has been twisted and trodden on!
