Hello! Grin

I've looked at the key, but can't decide. This has obvious black bands on femora 1 & 2, and mostly black antennae but I detect a small amount of orange.

Leaving this one to the experts with experience if it's possible. Thanks!

3 pics + 1 crop. The dorsal view was about 1 minute after the others but I think it's the same fly, these are not in numbers and I only see one at a time now.

16th October on Ivy, my garden near Lincoln UK.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
