This was found on Erica carnea plant:

Looks to me as cocoon, not like fungus or something. The surrounding area, like 100 m2, of this plant cowered with it, not like all snow white, but if you look hard you can see that almost every plat has dosen or so of those.

Size of white stuff like 3-5 mm.

Any idea ?
