hello flyforum, I have studied this fly, in spite of the picture's quality.. And I think this is a Rhinophoridae sp. The fly is quite dark, also some wingparts. I can not see a plumo arista, but it must have hairs.. The border of the wing is a bit hairy, also the chin got long hairs. (on the top of the head very long hair) Strange that M1 vein almost meets the outer vein of the wing!!
