Yes it is. Entomophthora muscae. Try a search in the forum and you will turn up sime results.

I did, and then I looked up some more on the internet and found http://www.natuurinformatie.nl/ndb.mcp/natuurdatabase.nl/i000296.html (in dutch)
That fungi is one amazing story!
