The white filaments are a giveaway of an exuvium. Pulled out during the moult.

hmm, looking for this term: exuvium, in english
is it the same as in latin ?
is it the same for what is left after snakes changes their skin ?

The correct (English) word is exuvia but it is reserved for ecdysozoans and not used for reptiles.
