to me it doesn't like like a Nephrotoma at all. It resembles more a Tipula (Tipula) species. In Nephrotoma, the dorsal anal lobes aren't pigmented like this and aren't chitinized. There is, at most, only some small darker spots of pigmentation on the (reduced) chitined part, just around the posterior spiracles (see photo).
