On my vacation week 27 in midwest Sweden it was hot weather (~30C), and there where a lot of Tabanidae. I suspect most where Hybomitra bimaculata ... or is there another Tabanidae that closely resembles this species with its two orange markings of the side of the abdomen (scientific name - two spots)!?
